Procedure in EFT:

During an EFT session, the person focuses on a specific issue while the therapist taps (a specific, painless tapping) on specific acupuncture points.

The procedure consists of the person first rating the emotional intensity of their reaction on a scale of 0 to 10.

Then, while the person orally or mentally repeats an affirmation phrase, certain acupuncture points are lightly tapped.

After the tapping wheel, emotional intensity is measured again and repetition of the process is assessed.

The average duration of an EFT session is approximately one hour.

Although on some occasions the problem can be corrected in a single session, it is usual to treat the problem in about five sessions.

Acupuncture in Mallorca

Acupuncture is an ancient, painless and safe practice that aims to rebalance the energy of the body by manipulating different points of the body. In this healing technique used in traditional Chinese medicine, very thin needles are used to stimulate specific points in the body. Most of these points are placed on lines called "meridians".

In Acupuncture the disease is not defined by symptoms or by the name of a disease, but by energy imbalances, using terms such as Yin insufficiency or excess heat in the lungs.

The Chinese terms YIN and YANG refer to opposite energies that complement each other, and the term QI or CHI refers to vital energy.
